Sermon Notes
A Note from Our Pastor
Welcome, family!
Each week, God speaks a fresh word that builds faith, restores hope, and strengthens our walk with Him. These sermon notes are designed to help you carry the message beyond Sunday—to study, meditate, and live out the truth of God’s Word in your daily life. My prayer is that as you read, reflect, and apply these teachings, you will grow deeper in wisdom, stronger in faith, and more confident in your divine purpose.

The passage reminds us that God does not always speak through dramatic or overwhelming displays like wind, fire, or earthquakes. Instead, He often chooses to speak through a still, small voice, teaching us that His guidance requires attentiveness, humility, and spiritual sensitivity. God’s voice may come quietly—through inner conviction, gentle prompting, or calm clarity—requiring us to slow down and listen. This shows us that God is not limited to one way of communicating and that we must remain open and alert, because God is always speaking, even when His voice is soft.

God In The Midst of Us sermon reminds us that God’s presence is not based on our circumstances or timing but on His covenant faithfulness. Even when God does not show up the way we expect or answer prayers the way we desire, He is still actively present and at work. When we recognize that God is with us, we find strength to endure, clarity to move forward, and confidence that we are never alone

At the close of 2025, believers are called to join heaven’s posture by standing before the throne and crying “Holy, Holy, Holy,” aligning themselves with the eternal reality revealed in Scripture where multitudes, angels, elders, and living creatures worship the Holy God who reigns with absolute authority; declaring God’s holiness—His otherness, sovereignty, and unchanging nature—becomes a prophetic act of separation from old patterns, submission to God’s order, and preparation for what lies ahead, as standing signifies readiness, surrender, and agreement with heaven, closes the gate on the pressures, pruning, and processing of 2025, sanctifies the transition into 2026, restores spiritual authority, realigns character before increase, and invites deeper encounter, reminding believers that no one truly stands before God and remains unchanged.

This sermon reminds believers that even in the midst of stress, noise, and life’s pressures, God is still speaking—often in a gentle whisper that can only be heard when we quiet our hearts. Through the press, the pruning, and the purifying, His grace covers our wrinkles and refines us to hear His voice clearly and walk in divine peace and purpose.

God has entrusted His people with divine authority — the power to speak, stand, and shift atmospheres in alignment with His Word. Through Christ, we don’t live defeated; we walk in kingdom dominion, exercising the same authority that raised Jesus from the dead.
