iWish 2 Serve

Impact Church International requires any person who serves to abide by the following guidelines and agreements:

Guidelines:

​

  1. Must have completed volunteer orientation and other pertinent training. 

  2. Must complete the Volunteer Application. 

  3. Must be submissive to the Pastors and leaders at Impact Church International.

  4. Must be faithful to attending regular church services. 

  5. Be willing to submit to a background check as needed.

​

Volunteer Application Process

  1. Complete and submit a volunteer application.

  2. Upon approval, you will be contacted by the ministry leader to schedule your ministry orientation and three (3) observation times as needed.

​

Agreement:


I have read the above qualifications and am in complete agreement with them. I pledge to keep them to the very best of my ability. I completely understand that failure to comply with any of the above is grounds for dismissal.

Intercessors & Prayer Team

Prayer Team

The Intercessors/Prayer Team are special forces prayer warriors who are sensitive to Holy Spirit and will strategically pray by reminding God of His promises.  This Team will spiritually fight, plead and prevail in prayer.  Through prayer they will build walls and hedges of protection.

Worship & Creative Arts Team

Video Editing 

 Calling all singers, musicians, actors, artist and dancers.  Are you interested in using your God given talent to make the word of God come alive through art?  The Worship & Creative Arts Team will use their gifts to facilitate corporate musical worship.  This team of talented, anointed artist will help lead us forward in the worship experience. Until further notice, these are volunteer positions.

DJ

Sound & Lights Technician

Sound, Techno Psalmist & Lights Technician

The Sound, Techno Psalmist and Lights Technician(s) will be Impact's DJ responsible for setting the mode and tone of worship services with sound, lights and other stage tools.  The technicians will work directly with the Sr. Pastor and other appointees scheduled to speak or sing.  The technicians will also assist with live-streaming and other technical needs.

Hospitality Team

Hostess, Greeter

The Hospitality Team ( Hostess, Greeter, Usher) is responsible for making visitors, members, and guests feel welcome as they enter the grounds and during church services, events or  activities.  The Hospitality Team is responsible for distributing fliers, information, and welcome gifts for visitors.  This team will also assist with parking and directing traffic.

Outreach Team

Team Member

 The Outreach Team will be instrumental in outreach locally, nationally and internationally.  This team will be responsible for creating and designing programs and services where Impact Church can service community needs, help address problems, and provide education and training on various subject matters from health to family and more.  The outreach team will work with various other Impact Church teams to get the word out on the streets, through social media, etc.

 Impact Church International currently holds two scholarship funds. The College Level Scholarship fund, and the Emergent Level Scholarship fund.  Members of the Scholarship Committee are expected to assist in reviewing scholarship applications, interview potential scholarship recipients, and help make decisions about scholarship awards.

Logistics

 

Set Up/Tear Down Volunteer

The Set Up and Tear Down Volunteer  team is responsible for morning setup, after-service teardown, or both as needed. Volunteers are expected to be on church site setting up at least 45 minutes prior to service and remain on site until everything that was placed during setup is properly stowed.  Duties for setup include preparing areas with chairs, tables, podium and more. Teardown duties are the opposite: packing up everything that was placed during setup.

Church Custodian 

The Church Custodian(s) will ensure that all cleaning protocols are followed.  In addition, the custodian team is responsible for making sure that publicly accessible areas of the church are clean and ready for the congregation to use.  The Church Custodian team may also need to make minor repairs, change light bulbs, vacuum, sweep, and scrub floors, sanitize surfaces, and restock items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies. You may also maintain supply inventory, submit purchase requests, and assist the Logistics team before, during and after services.

Administrative Clerks

The Administrative Clerk(s) assists with administrative functions in Impact. The clerk(s) will help prepare announcements, maintain records of business and church board meetings.  Help setup and maintain church files, financial statements, quarterly or annual reports and other church documents.  The Admin Clerk works with other administrative staff to make sure that all records are accurate, copied, filed, published or posted for church members and the general public.

Photographer / Videographer

The Photographer/Videographer(s) should be a creative and passionate photographer or videographer who, through creative compelling, photos/videos can help capture the mission, vision, purpose and values of Impact.  The photographer/videographer will be responsible for the technical aspects of the photos and film taken including cameras, sound, lighting, design, post- production, editing, etc. The photographer/videographer(s) will assist with live-streaming

Social Media

Social Media Tech

The Social Media Tech will be responsible for assisting with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual social media tasks to include setting up and maintaining social media platforms.  Tasks include scheduling posts, creating content, blogs, videos, podcasts, brand messaging, checking alerts, and set goals and reminders for the next month.
